Long time no see! I've gotten a lot of messages from readers wondering what the hell happened to Kitelife. It was not my intent (and is not!) to let KL go to seed; but life has been rather complex recently.

I took over the job of editor and publisher of Kiting magazine last year, and it has turned out to be a huge job. The last eight issues have seen the magazine grow from 36 pages to its current 52. We have also doubled the feature story content and number of color pages. Learning to do a print magazine has been a steep learning curve, but very rewarding. If you're not an AKA member, you should be.
