Mundo Hobby and Rosario City Government organize for the seventh consecutive year the “Let’s Paint Rosario’s Sky 2007” Kite Festival.

This is a kite festival that consolidates itself year after year as the most important and convocative in the country and is now preparing to start again on August 17, 18 and 19, with all its color, power and enjoyment to please all the people with exhibitions and shows that can only be seen in this kind of event; during 3 days it will attract more than 60,000 spectators, the real sustenance of this festival.

This kite festival is being held with the recognition of the Rosario City’s Culture Sub Secretary and is co-organized by Mundo Hobby and Rosario City Government, with the sponsorship of UNICEF Argentina.

Schools and Neighborhood Workshops
(Only on Friday 17)

* This day will take part only activities with schools, kindergardens and neighborhood associations.
(Morning turn from 9:00 to 12:00 hs. Evening turn from 14:00 to 17:00 hs.)
* There will be schools that will participate with their yet crafted kites; they could come with their pupils to enjoy the flying day; experimented kiteflyers will assist them in their kite flying; actually workshops for teachers are being held in order that kites could be made in their respective classrooms.
* Those schools that did not work previously could participate in the workshops that will be held in the flying field where children could have their first kite building and decoration experience.
