This issue marks the second set of kite cartoons we've had made for Kitelife Magazine, courtesy of Dan Thompson (Funny Cartoonist)... These two were just made "off the cuff", but we'd like to start sending Dan some photos for inspiration now and then, photos which might aptly display some of the humorous situations we sometimes find ourselves in as kite fliers.

Dan Thompson started his professional career doing character design and animation cleanup for a small animation studio in CT, then moved into freelance cartoon illustration, Comic books, and gag cartooning. A member of the National Cartoonist Society, he writes and draws cartoons for magazines,comic books, web sites, and syndication. Dan lives with his wife, son, and their Scottish Terrier in North Carolina.
